Hola! I'm Luján Cordaro,

Watercolour Illustrator & Art Teacher in Berlin

Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Now living and working in Berlin.

I've been learning and making art for as long as I can remember — starting at age five with workshops in acrylic, pencil, and watercolour. Over the years I studied Comics & Caricature for almost six years, History of Art, and Fashion Design at the University of Buenos Aires. My latest passion is children's book illustration, which I studied with Mónica Weiss — a discovery that led me to fall in love with the picture book world.

I illustrated Bernard the Brave(2019) and published my own picture book, Oso(2020). I'm currently working on my third book.

Today I split my time between illustration commissions— including children's books, picture books, posters for Festivals, and personal projects — and teaching watercolour and art classes for kids and adults, both at Berlin Art Club and in schools and studios around Berlin.

Looking to commission a children's book illustration or watercolour artwork? I'd love to hear about your project — get in touch!
